Initially billed twice on one room, with apparently different third-party reservation systems. Currently under review/refund, etc. (wish we could have simply spoken directly with the property when booking)

"Better than a park bench, but not much cleaner,"

The location was not bad for the St George area. It was within walking distance to places to eat.

Everything about the hotel was old and worn out. It started looking bad the minute I entered the lobby. The carpet on the stairs going to the second floor was stained and needing replacement. The rooms Needed a full repaint. There were sections of mop board missing. The matters covers on both beds were stained. In one of the rooms the tub spout blew off while trying to take a shower. The place is a mess. We will never stay there again.
