SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Southern Pines Pinehurst

The property was much older than I thought. The parking lot was dirty. The staff was excellent and that made up for the hotel age.

It's a bit rundown especially in the bathroom and our room must have been for midgets since sink, toilet, and tub were like a foot off the ground . bathroom nook lighting is horrible, needs settings so it's not FULL BLAST all the time

The floor in our room felt sticky and dirty. Edges along wall tile were dirty. Bathroom sink faucet was loose. The best part of our stay was the welcoming staff member at the desk who was very helpful.

Room rate cheap that's about the only positive. Room not very clean. Hardwood floors but don't go barefoot, feet will turn black, they must rarely mop. Furniture beat up, desk chair broke and seat torn. TV works but not very clear. No eggs or meat at breakfast. Light bulb out.
