Staybridge Suites Chantilly Dulles Airport by IHG

Never came to clean the room, had to always request new towels, and they kept bringing dead as batteries to put in the fire alarm that chirped all week which was very frustrating. Breakfast buffet was nice though with fresh fruit.

Overall, great hotel. A little high on the price but the room size, amenities, cleanliness, and coziness made up for it.

The only elevator I saw was off the lobby and to get to the room, you have to zigzag through some hallways.

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable

Suite was exceptional. Friendly staff from check in to breakfast staff. Grounds are well kept, with a roomy outdoor space. Putting green was a bonus!

The location was perfect for what we were in town for. Also loved being so close the the Smithsonian and the Space shuttle. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast so I can’t answer questions about that. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The free laundry room came in handy and it was great to have all the things you need in the kitchen from pots and pans to measuring cups and can openers. Very well thought out. It was cool to watch all the planes coming in to the airport from our window as well. Honestly I was impressed with the hotel it exceeded my expectations and I would stay there again.

Our room had a lingering cigarette smell and we do not smoke. Honestly in 2024 there should be no smoking in all hotels. Other than that it was a lovely room and the staff was fantastic.
