"Courteous & Professionally Managed"

This hotel is truly managed in a manner that is customer focused by a staff that is attentive, courteous and professional! I have spend a great deal of time at this hotel in the last 23 months and have been very pleased by Nestle, Jennifer, Justin, Naomi, Carmen (to name a few of the employees, sure I have forgot someone), along with the maintenance staff. Highly recommend this hotel!

"Quality and comfort good for what I needed"

Staff was friendly. It snowed and it had snowmelt down. Liked room selection and Wednesday’s happy hour

Took a little while for hot water in shower but eventually came. Also didn’t get above 72 in room and air was blowing constantly. Not very sound proof rooms
