Amazing service, definitely coming back!

I was charged $350 for “smoking” when I don’t even smoke, they claim I set off something; if I set off an alarm why didn’t you come check on me or dispatch the fire department to my room?? I have reached out to the manager that has not responded back to me about this issue. I also have read that this hotel and many other hotels charge this fraudulently which is horrible. I have always enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn however after this experience I will not stay again nor will I recommend it. Just beware and always check your bills.

30$ parking fee that should have been told up front

Parking fee which would have been fine had I known but there are 10 hotels in same parking lot I could have chose one without a parking fee

That it was clean and comfortable

We needed a hotel that was central to a couple of different Dr. offices that we needed to visit. We chose the Holiday Inn because it had good reviews and was cheaper than the Hampton Inn next door. Check in was fast and friendly. I was surprised to be charged for parking on a one night stay plus a bunch of taxes on top of the parking. 25% of the total charge was for taxes and parking. Crazy!!! Room was nice and clean. But it was very loud! We were towards the front of the building close to Cicero Ave and the traffic noise all night long was crazy! At 5:30AM I think they started emptying the dumpsters. A loud bang about every 20 minutes! We were so exhausted that we did not bother sticking around to try the breakfast. We just left to head to our Dr. appointments hitting a drive through on the way.

Very clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle came in handy for accessing the CTA Orange line. Shuttle passes by every 20min.

Average hotel. Room smelled musty, was opposite the ice machine and restrooms which you could hear all night. Bed very saggy. Breakfast food and staff ok

Didnt use shuttle. Brkfst good
