"Exceptional"

The guy who checked us in was very friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, too. Very close to Midway airport - a five minute drive, with a convenient shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day.

Overall, needs a lot of updating. The bathroom is very outdated. Bathtub and toliet need to be replaced in the room we stood in. Hall rugs in the hotel need to be replaced- faded and not in good condition. Breafast was good and room was clean & spacious.

The place was very clean, friendly front desk . Room cleaner was very friendly as well. Place was kept up very well. The food on the weekend was GREAT not so much thru the week

They room was clean and comfortable.

The price was ridiculous, and then they tacked on a $30 charge just to park in their parking lot. This was not mentioned when the room was booked. I will never stay at this hotel again!
