Nice pool area and gym, good size room, has lots of amenities round it

Don’t get me wrong the overall experience was fine and nice for a night or two but what marked it down for me was that the room smelt very strong of what seemed like stale smoke, we couldn’t get out on the balcony, breakfast needed some healthier options and the staff didn’t really seem to want to interact

The hotel has a very green and beautiful территория. There is a separate area away from the main living spaces with a pool, jacuzzi, and even two saunas — one for men and one for women. The jacuzzi is hot, which I know is very important for many people, and the pool is comfortable.

The pool is not heated and is a bit dirty, just like the jacuzzi. The property looks outdated overall and is in need of renovation.

We found this gem during a Google search on our drive out of Joshua Tree and the rating seemed to good to be be true (given our other experience at highly rated hotels) but it was wonderful. The rooms are clean, grounds are really pretty, great breakfast, our girls loved the pool. I highly recommend, and it was very reasonably priced. The staff were excellent.

Nicely landscaped grounds. Easy access and parking.

Breakfast was mediocre. Has gone down from when we have stayed in the past. Not much food selection. Bathtub had stains and was not very clean. Wash basin was clogged and not working properly.

We had a very disappointing experience. My family (all 70+) flew in from Istanbul after a 14-hour flight, and we drove 8 hours from Reno to stay at this hotel. We were also traveling with our 2-year-old child. After finally checking in, we were asked to leave without any real conversation or attempt to resolve the situation. We were traveling with our service dog, with all proper documentation. Even though it’s not appropriate to request documentation in the state of California, we still had everything in order. Our dog barked briefly once or twice inside our own room, and that was enough for them to remove us from the hotel. This put us in a very difficult situation—we had to find another hotel last minute, which was both stressful and financially frustrating after such a long journey—especially with elderly family members and a toddler. On top of everything, the room also had a very unpleasant smell. I would not recommend this place at all, neither as a business nor as a hotel.

The landscaping and even though rooms are a little outdated, the details and cleanliness was pleasant to be there
