Fabulous from start to finish. We would not stay anywhere else.

This hotel goes above & beyond with how helpful the staff are & how excellent it is. It’s in the perfect location, close to everything you’d need in St Brelade’s bay.. or the reception will organise a taxi if needed. The spa inside pool etc is basic but spotless & easy to use. The beach is lovely & they give free daily beach towels & sunbed vouchers. The bedroom was lovely, again spotless & dinner / food at the hotel is amazing! Can’t wait to come again, thank you L’Horizon!

Only one little downside is the added 12.5% service charge to food and drinks..Would be nice just to tip on the occasions you want to but this is only a minor issue really as would of tipped most times anyway!

Great views and location. Lovely to see unique Jersey produce at breakfast like black butter would be even better to have cabbage loaves! Staff very helpful and welcoming in main area and terrace restaurant and pool area. One minor niggle is the location of the smoke alarm above the bed has flashing light that can disturb sleep and would be better located outside bathroom and door. Other than that wonderful stay. We return time and time again and have joined the loyalty programme

Beautiful outlook over the bay from our room. Staff were so helpful and kept checking to see we had all we needed.
