Property was excellent and a great location. My room surfaces (floor and cupboard surfaces) smelt a little muggy (wiped with an old cloth) but otherwise no complaints.

Perfect hotel to stay in when going to Bellagio. Just a boat ride across the lake from Bellagio. I will stay there on my next trip to Lake Como. Only downside, no parking at the hotel.

Uncomfortable beds and uncomfortable stay. 2 star hotel charging 4 star prices. Do NOT eat at the hotel— walk 1 minute to Red & White restaurant. Amazing and delicious meals. We ate there 3 times and it was incredible each time.

Wonderfully placed just near the ferry . Lovely restaurants and wine bars nearby Our triple room very clean with a balcony and air conditioning which was wonderful when it was so hot .

On arrival the hotel was fully booked and I was given a substandard room: noisy, no proper lake view, bad air conditioning. But for the second day, we moved to a new room, which was perfect on all accounts. By the way, this are of Italy is marvelous and this hotel is perfect to enjoy it,
