Reception hours (7 am to 12 am) Check-in is available from 3 pm. Check-out is from any time until 10:30 am. Please ensure you check out before 10 am; otherwise, you may be charged for an extra night. Proof of identification: A valid proof of ID must be shown on arrival, including a passport, driving license, and national identity cards. The property cannot accept paper driving licenses and student or employee IDs as proof of identity. Key Card: You will be required to give us a £5 key deposit for your room access card at check-in time. Bar: Our Flamingo bar is open! Come and enjoy a selection of local/international beers and spirits. Common Areas: The kitchen and common areas are all back open! Whooop whoop! (Kitchen and lounges will be shut at midnight and reopening at 8 am). Facilities: Please be aware that our building has no elevator and that you may be assigned to one of our top floors and a top bunk bed. Events: The hostel organizes daily events aimed at backpackers between the ages of 18-30 years. Please note that all bookings are subject to the signing of the property's terms and conditions via a rental agreement which will be emailed to the guest following their reservation. Please note that all guests must be aged over 18. Different policies and additional supplements will apply when booking for 12 people or more. A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in. Luggage storage is free on the day of arrival and costs GBP 2 per bag on the day of departure. An extra fee of GBP 7.5 per bag per day applies for the days following checkout. Storage lockers for small valuables are available for GBP 2 per day. Towels are available for rent at GBP 3. This property can only accommodate guests aged 18 years and over. Underage guests who book will not be accommodated and will not be refunded. Different policies and additional supplements will apply when booking for 12 people or more. Please Note: For the safety of others, anyone exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 will be unable to stay at the hostel. Therefore, we recommend you return home if traveling domestically or to use specialist self-isolation accommodations. Self-Isolation - Guests who wish to self-isolate in the hostel must do so in a private room; guests must not perform the self-isolation period if coming from abroad in shared dorms. The price of breakfast to £3.50 and 3 for £9, Luggage storage to £2.5, Towels to £3.50 .Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
