Staff was great. front desk changed our room easily when first room smelt smokey. Hot tub was only 95 degrees cause it flows into pool so I was told it can’t get hotter. Not a hot tub to me but it was a nice pool for swimming. Very clean, quiet and breakfast was nice sausage could be cooked on skillet to brown more but overall we’d come back.

LeBron was horrible. He was rude and refusing to assist. Made me call booking.com and then refused to pick up the front desk phone when they called him. Took an hour to check in.
