"No privacy, could hear everything around"

I did not like the room you can hear everything . You can hear people walking above you the people in the room next to you .had no privacy

Location

Not clean. Floors dirty in bedroom. Not enough towels. Zero towels in pool area. Had to request more for there and in my room. Continental breakfast was small and out of items. Staff was quick to replace once notified. Toilet didn’t flush properly.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and quickly brought a hairdryer to our room when we told them the one in the room was broken. They were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and not far from the US Space and Rocket Center, which we enjoyed visiting.

The air conditioner/heater controls did not seem to respond properly.
