The room was nice. However, they overcharged my card. You can't speak to a human to resolve the issue. Also the shower was filthy. It had hair in it and was visibly very dirty. When they give you the price make sure you get details. My room was $139+tax which is about $154@ 10%tax. I also bought a TV dinner was right at $9. That comes to around $163.00. However,they charged me $180.00 and haven't given me a receipt.

Location for us was what was needed

Room smaller than expected not the same separated areas as in other courtyards. Seemed like queen size bed rather than a king as advertised. Not as clean. Did not receive any requested room cleaning on a three night stay. Staff moved my room for some reason which created confusion as we never left original room. Had to scavenger hunt on my own for towels, soap, toilet paper, coffee and bring my trash cans to house keeper in hall to change. Very frequent travel but the disappointment comes from no front staff or manager checking on us after the unusual room number situation. As I mentioned not very engaging and not very enjoyable. If I wanted to do all this I’d go back to an Arbnb
