Servatur Terrazamar Sun Suite

Our third time staying in Terrazamar and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Superb location and central to shops, restaurants and beach. The apartments have everything for a SC holiday and the balconies are huge with sunbeds, table chairs and parasols. A great mini market in hotel with a great wee bar and bakery. All the staff are helpful & friendly. Booked already for January 2027!

1st time here in sunsuites we normally go to hartaguna adults only but got a last minute bargain. Overall very good. Loved the big balcony and roomy apt. Big fridge freezer. Lots of storage space free in room safe but not many hangers. We had room 1619. I agree that its a bit tired but clean and good range of sc equipment. Huge heated pool to 24 degrees. Can also use terrezamar which we found quieter. Happy hour twice a day. Easy access to commercial centre via lifts. Only downside was some noisy guests and children!

We've visited PR 3 times now and try to stay in different parts of the resort each time so we can try out different restaurants and entertainment. We particularly loved this hotel as it was so central, within walking distance of Commercial Centre and Mogan Mall (both less than 5 mins walk and mostly flat), Europa Centre (20 min up steep winding pavemented hill or €5 in taxi) and the beach (20 min walk, mostly flat). We were a bit apprehensive about the lifts from other reviews, but it was really easy and no issue. From bottom of Terrazamar block, first lift takes you up to floor 6. Cross the road to the Sunsuites block, lift to floor 6, change lift to take you to floor 11, then cross the road to Royal block. Honestly sounds worse than it was, PR is hilly so lifts are a blessing to avoid stairs and hills to get around. The apartments themselves are spacious, comfortable and offer everything you need. We stayed in the Royal Sunsuite block, fabulous big, private balcony with 2 sun loungers, table with reclining chairs and a clothes airer. Staying in January, we had the sun from 9am-4.45pm, so a perfect location for the time of year. Huge bathroom, 2 sinks, powerful hairdryer and great shower. Kitchen had good size fridge freezer with complimentary bottle of water. Living area had comfortable couch, tv, table and chairs. Beds were really comfortable. Loads of hanging, shelf and drawer storage. Hanging rails were really high so I needed a chair to reach. A few tips to take with you: * Hangers (we had 10 in room) * Pool towels (theyre €5 per week per towel to rent, plus a deposit). Was cheaper just to go buy beach towels from local shops and keep them, first hotel I've been asked to pay to use pool towels * Robes and slippers if you use them. We didn't take ours as I read on other reviews they were included in Royal rooms, but weren't in ours. Maybe different types of royal rooms as there seems to be lots of variations across the 3 blocks. * iron We were impressed with the food in the cafe on ground floor of the main building, well priced and very fresh. Had a couple of drinks in pool bar but nothing really going on when we were there. Barely a soul lounging during our week despite glorious weather so definitely no sunbed wars here. Every member of staff we spoke to was lovely, without exception. Great to have shop in hotel, priced same as local shops, handy and ideal to stock up the fridge and snack cupboard and only have to carry it up in the lifts. I would 100% book here next time, it really is a lovely hotel in a great location. Ticks every box for us so we'll see you again soon!

Beliggenheten er ok, men bodde i 3 etg på Terrazamar og ikke på Sun Suite. Dette kom ikke frem av bestillingen når jeg booket hos booking.com at det var på Terrazamar.

At det ikke ble gjort noe under hele oppholdet med ødelagt stol på terrassen og at det luktet kloakk på badet, selv om vi meldte ifra om det etter første dag.
