The bed

The customer service, the staffing, and the breakfast time were changed without mentioning it into the guest book. There was no soap for the shower, and the bathroom was found dirty after check-in .The coffee tasted horrible ..

I didn't like that online it showed a pool but in fact there is NO pool. I got a refund back from booking, but the hotel still has not released the $50 hold they put on my debit card. For whatever reason it will not let me upload picture. If you want the picture I can email it
