"Bad customer service"

Management gave my room away. When I went to check in they said they called me to confirm my reservation. I was at wedding and did not have service. I arrived only to find out I had no room. They tried sending me miles down the road. The problem with that was we were with the wedding party. When I mentioned that they wanted to give me another person's room. I told them that they are probably with the wedding party. I tried calling Hilton since I'm a member and Hilton has been a disappointment. Hotel denied the case so I had to reopen it. Ha I to drive and hour back home because of not answering the phone is absolutely terrible.

Location was convenient and facility was clean.

The staff member I spoke to at the bar during happy hour was not the nicest. One of the elevators wasn't working and there were a lot of people due to conferences, etc...
