El personal es muy amable. Todo esta muy limpio.

Las habitaciones: me hubiera gustado que la venta se abriera. También que hubiera un tapete de piso en el baño para no sacar el agua de la regadera.

Es limpia, aunque pequeña es bonita y hay cosas funcionales alrededor. También me gustó que el estacionamiento es 24 horas. Las habitaciones son muy muy pequeñas aunque funcional

me tocó el temblor y me parece terrible que solo hay una salida de emergencia para todo la gente de un hotel evidentemente lleno en fecha como el 2 de enero, son demasiadas personas para una sola puerta y unas solas escaleras que bajan del lobby a la calle. Creo que es un enorme detalle de las instalaciones ya pusieron en peligro a todos porque las personas de las dos escaleras al final atoraron la única salida pq era insuficiente. Aparte me parece que la estructura del hotel nos puso en riesgo a todos ya que aparte de los 7 pisos por fuera que baje de manera súper lenta aun tuvimos que bajar 3 pisos mas por dentro del hotel (pisos que se atoraron por la insuficiencia) y tarde por lo menos 20 min en salir y fue demasiado estresante ver como no avanzabamos y todos teníamos que salir por la misma puerta. Me parecio un riesgo muy grande
