Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento Elk Grove

Did not eat breakfast. Location was great. Room was nice, it had all the essentials you needed. Like Frig, Microwave, etc.

Requested to have room cleaned daily, nobody showed up to clean the room. They should spread Capet deodorizer on capet before vacuuming, otherwise room smells like feet.

Just left room 404 and you guys have bed bugs. Unfortunately, I only noticed it as we were just about to leave and I was checking the bed to see if we left anything behind. I rolled back the bedspread and two of these little guys came crawling out. The room was also noisy during the night. Both the fridge and the air conditioning unit were making random banging sounds so I didn't sleep at all.

Initial greeting and instructions were excellent. Loved the vibe, the breakfast choices and the large and comfortable room. Coffee+++

The breakfast needs to be improved.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. You walk into the lobby and it’s clean and organized. No free breakfast, not even a continental breakfast. There was water and coffee in the lobby. The room was clean, but a little outdated. Our biggest complaint was that they used either a strong scented cleaner or maybe some air freshener in the room which was strong enough to bother us all night long. Turning on the AC or opening the door couldn’t get rid of it.

Check in was easy with a friendly front staff. Room was a good size, comfortable beds, good bathroom. Unfortunately breakfast isn’t free but there are tons of options within walking distance.
