Fantastic location -central to everything. Luckin Coffee right in the lobby!

The particular room on the 31st floor in the corner had a stale smell - of dampness and poor circulation. Overall corridors are rather dark.

The Service This is a very good hotel—truly impressive! The excellent service started the exact moment I stepped out of the taxi, as the staff immediately came over to help me carry my luggage. Everyone here speaks fluent English and is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The Room The room was very spacious and featured an amazing bed, fantastic pillows, and an excellent shower.

Disorganized Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast selection is huge, but the food options don't seem to complement each other well. For example, they serve ham, but there are no actual bread options to make a sandwich or eat with it. I think it would be much better if they served fewer options but focused on foods that actually combine well. Despite there being around 200 different items, the selections didn't pair together, so I ended up only eating an omelet every day. Centralized Air Conditioning: It appears the air conditioning is centrally controlled rather than adjusted per room. A few nights we woke up sweating because the room became far too warm. Even setting the thermostat down to 15°C made absolutely no difference, which strongly suggests that guests cannot control their own room temperature. Disappointing Hairdryer: For a hotel of this magnitude, I was expecting a high-quality hairdryer. Instead, the room had a very old hairdryer that didn't even work properly.
