Zoetry Mallorca Wellness & Spa

Wonderful estate with a wonderful catering staff such as Lidia, Sally, Kike and Bruno. Ghazi the guest relation manager is a true professional and solved all of our issues in a blink. The elegant suite was amazing and so quiet. Breakfast is top @ Zoetry especially the porridge and the eggs in all styles. The all in formula is to be recommended. Pool bar is like heaven for lunch, snacks and drinks. The adult only pool is a good idea and the sunbeds and towels are ok The chapel on the estate is a wonderful extra and worth a visit!

At arrival we did not get the elegant suite we had booked but guest relation manager Ghazi intervened and solved the issue in a very professional and friendly way. The beds @ Zoetry seem to be made out of concrete. Way too hard and not comfortable at all! Breakfast is sometimes a bit of a chaos and not all staff is as friendly and competent as the ones mentioned above. The menu of the restaurant did not change the whole week. And for a 5 star hotel you would expect a turn down service. I truly think that the hotel management should question itself.

En el spa, no todo funcionaba. En la cena, se olvidaron de nuestra comanda.

Tutto meraviglioso, praticamente un'oasi di pace. giardino incantevole, camera super spaziosa, spa e piscina molto rilassanti, colazione ottima! Consigliatissimo se si cerca relax e posizione ottima in campagna per raggiungere in auto molte località!
