It is located within walking distance of restaurants, shops and a theater with easy access to Route one

Most of all … once you make the turn onto the main drive, there is NO sign directing you to make a left to find the property. Also, one elevator was out of service and the pool was closed.

Check in is at 3 pm and we arrived at 420 to learn our room was not ready. We waited about 15 minutes before we could check in. In the front desk staff’s defense we were given free waters and a snack. This afternoon my husband took a shower before dinner only to have cold water. I showered after we returned hours later and also had a cold shower. Additionally there is a bad smell in the hallway on the third floor. Our room doesn’t the smell. This is not acceptable. We have stayed here before and would have given 5 stars then.
