Estaban remodelando y no había sevicios habilitados como comedor , gym o jacuzzi Personal nada amigable Me he hospedado con mi familia varias veces en esta cadena en diferentes ciudades de EEUU , pero esta vez muy decepcionados

The property was undergoing renovations, not all amenities were available. We should have been made aware of this before hand.

The property was being renovated during our stay. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more responsive to our requests.

Upon arriving, we were thoroughly shocked to discover that the hotel is being renovated, despite no warning on Expedia. The business center, fitness center, and dining area are all closed. The drastically reduced breakfast selection is confined to a small table in a dusty lobby. Construction begins in the early morning and runs throughout the day. When questioned, management informed us that it's not their responsibility to notify other booking sites of the renovation.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is always clean and comfortable. The lobby and dining room were under renovation, so it was a little different. But the staff did an excellent job making sure everything was clean and breakfast, although limited, was adequate. We will return next time in the area.

The rooms are clean. The lobby is being renovated so check in was a little strange. The front desk person was very professional considering she had to sit at a table to check you in.
