We were there for a softball tournament and some families stayed for 5 days and your entire staff was just great especially Eric at the Front Desk, he worked the afternoon shift until 11:00pm and on one occasion worked a double until the next morning he was personable, friendly, respectful and took care of all our needs it’s employees like him that made our stay enjoyable. Upon check in only one room was available at 3pm. We were told to come back in twenty mins. So we did and was then told another 30 mins. We returned an hour later and they finally had our room ready. You would think booking two rooms you would have both of them available at the same time. Never again!

The staff Eric, Derek, Nichole were so friendly as were the others, sorry I didn't catch names. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and had 50 plus guests they were so accommodating allowing us all to gather in the lobby, offered us space in the freezer for treats. They tolerated the teenage crazy and we really appreciated their hospitality which we haven't experienced at other hotels. I would definitely recommend this Hampton. Thank you so much!!!!!
