Great location to move around, express bus from the airport terminal to the hotel directly. So impressive by the bell boy, he Is trying he very best to answer our questions with his limited English while leading us to our room, he even left us a note to answer our question about the nearest coin laundry.

Perfect location right between Sapporo Station and Susukino. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it’s incredibly convenient with an Airport Express bus stop right outside. The service here is fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to them for keeping our luggage safe while we went out on a motorcycle trip—that was deeply appreciated! The hotel also connects directly to the underground walkway, making it super easy to visit the nearby Montbell store and McDonald's.

"Very comfortable, spacious hotel in convenient location."

Room size and bed and bathroom all larger than usual for Japanese city hotels. Quiet. Location great for subway and airport shuttle bus. Short walk to Odori gardens, main shopping district. Fab bakery/ patisserie shop in lobby.

No view from window and little natural light. Tendency of shower to soak the bathroom floor- but we had it sussed after a couple of days!
