Vriendelijk en hulpzaam receptie dame en heer. Mooie locatie in het centrum. Aanrader om een parkeerplek te reserveren bij het hotel. Anders parkeergarages zijn 2x de prijs. Vanuit hotel 10 minuten lopen naar treinstation naar Kopenhagen. Treinreis is rond de 45 minuten. Retour 2 personen voor 24 uur rond de 45 euro. Heel goede, betaalbare, restaurants nabij het hotel.

Niets mbt hotel. Alleen dat het parkeren er erg duur is. Openbare garage 3 dagen 120 tot 140 euro. Verder kun je nergens je auto parkeren. Hotel 3 dagen 75 euro.

Die gute und ruhige Lage in der Stadt. Nettes Personal Saubere Zimmer, seht gutes Frühstück. Fahrräder könnten sicher In der Tiefgarage geparkt werden

Very good breakfast selection

When we arrived staff first spoke in English and then Swedish between themselves discussing the possibility of us upgrading to another room at cost of 40 euros a night as seemingly there was an issue with the proximity of our room to lift with regard to sound issues. Firstly the conversation should have continued in English and secondly if the room has issues the customers should be notified prior to confirmation or maybe not used at all.

The location is excellent and the staff is very helpful and nice. If you are on a tight budget and you just need a bed and a shower, then this hotel is a good option. Breakfast is good.

The photos that you will see in the website don't correspond much to reality. The rooms are smaller, old and worn out, nevertheless they are clean. But well, it's not a luxury hotel, it's a budget friendly option to sleep in. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised.
