"Exceptional"

Great staff, simple brown bag breakfast, view of Morro Rock, room clean and with adequate seating and writing surfaces. No laundry facilities, but laundry a few blocks away. Great access to waterfront stores and wonderful food! Only 1 of the 2 buildings has an elevator.

Cleanliness of the room and comfort of the bed

Room service was nonexistent as we wanted to have a cork Scrooge open wine suggest having a corkscrew in each room and also glass wine glasses My main complaint is that our room was advertised with ocean view, and it was just a partial view for the money we felt we deserved a bigger view

"Hermoso hotel."

El hotel es super cómodo, las habitaciones super amplias y que decir de la vista. El volcán de Morro Bay en toda nuestra ventana, fue espectacular. Aunque el hotel no está a primera línea de mar, está a una cuadra caminando y creo que es suficiente. Morro Bay es espectacular, el servicio fue super a pesar de que llegamos casi a media noche. No incluye un super desayuno pero te dan como un snack. Al lado del hotel hay un restaurante espectacular para desayunar. Tiene parqueadero gratis. Si tienen la oportunidad de tomar un tour para ver ballenas, háganlo, es increible, en Morro Bay hay 2 agencias. Desde el hotel se escuchan los leones marinos que llegan en esta época del año a las playas... hermoso!

Nicely situated rooms with many overlooking Morro Bay with balcony views. No Air Conditioning in any rooms only fans. Would not recommend stays during warmer weather. Beds are a bit hard but alright.

Location view and friendly staff and of course Molly the door greeter cat

The room carpets,walls,baseboards furniture was dirty,worn down,and old. Out dated. The sink and shower filled up with standing water everytime we used it. The fridge was so small and we couldn't even fit our drinks or leftovers from dinner. The pillows were ridiculous. Lumpy super small. And gave us the worst neck ache the whole 2 nights we stayed there. We had to cancel our 3rd night because we couldn't stand sleeping one more night on those terrible lumpy small pillows and hard mattress. We stayed elsewhere the last night.
