I like that they upgraded my room

I found 3 dead bugs in bathroom underneath the hairdryer bag in corner of vanity in bathroom , I reported this when I checkout and was told the manager was to contact me, that was Nov 16 2025 no one ever contacted me.

"Needs improvements but staff was lovely"

The staff were lovely, that was the best part of the stay.

The treadmill was broken, as was the computer in the lobby. This place needs some attention, but the bed was comfortable.

"Won’t go there again, too much money for what I got."

Ok to both

There was no milk one day, another day the OJ was greatly watered down. No place to sit except desk chair or bed. Room was missing furniture while hefty price prevailed.
