Positiv: Größe der Zimmer, Wellnessbereich, Pool, Frühstück Negativ: Koffer müssen an beiden Eingängen über Treppen getragen werden, kein vollständiges Oberbett vorhanden

"Erfüllte nicht meine Erwartungen "

Parken ohne Service heißt in diesem Hotel Gebühr pro Tag 6 Euro. Keine Klimaanlage. Ausstattung entspricht nicht 4 Sterne. Zu kleines Bad, Zimmereinrichtung, Bodenbelag und Wände sind überarbeitungsbedüftig. Kopfkissen mit klumpigem Inhalt. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr freundlich. Pool sehr angenehm, aber ohne Regeln. Kleinkinder dürfen ohne Windeln ins Wasser. Keine Aufsicht und keine Rettungsmittel am Pool vorhanden. Nachfrage an der Rezeption ergab unfreundliche Reaktionen und keine Hilfsbereitschaft. Für mich nicht empfehlenswert.

"Солёные воды и горы!"

Номер - чисто, светло и приятно. Бассейн и всякие солевые штуки - твёрдая 4+. Маленький бассейн не даёт пятёрку поставить. Платная парковка за 6 евро чуть подпортила впечатление. Горы - как всегда прекрасны)))

The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and her English was great. On a Saturday night, almost all restaurants required a reservation for dinner and many places treated you like a “fool” to have the audacity to show up without a reservation, telling you to move along in German. The breakfast at this hotel was superb, champagne, fresh squeezed juice and the best pancakes. I wish I could eat more, the selection was wonderful and everything was delicious.

Unglaubliches Personal - jung, nett, immer hilfsbereit!! Tolles Buffet! Ansonsten schönes Design und nette Ausstattung. Einziges, kleines Manko: Bademantel und Saunatasche muss man extra organisieren, Handtüscher und Tasche sind nicht mehr ganz jung. Badeschlappen sind im Paket nicht dabei.
