Residence Inn Minneapolis Plymouth

Beds are a bit uncomfortable. Staff showed up to clean our room a bit early every day. We were still in bed. They never returned to clean our room after that first attempt, even though we told them to come back at a certain time (always before noon). We stayed a week and only had our room cleaned twice. Not by choice. Breakfast is above average.

Not the cleanest place . Found a pair of socks under the kitchen table.. Oh and now be prepared to pay $10 a night for parking which use to be free.

Accommodations were good and the room was comfortable, clean, & quiet which make for a good quick business trip.

Some problems with how the end of my stay was handled. Partly my fault, but a good/fair compromise was reached, however the way the funds were redistributed to my card made the reimbursement very difficult within my company's system.
