Overall the property is OK! The price is up there for a property not that handy to popular locations. Photos on Website are deceiving,the views are likely taken from the penthouse and with colour enhancement.Very full building with owner occupiers, you spend a lot of time waiting on the lifts.Nobody uses the pool as it’s in a wind trap and shaded area . Much better value for money in other Hotels and also better views than concrete apartments surrounding you. Friendly reception staff and well laid out apartments.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk to Cavill Avenue, which is the heart of Surfers Paradise. The staff communication was excellent—they were very prompt in responding to any questions. While the apartment itself is a bit outdated and the cleanliness was average, overall, we had a pleasant experience staying here.

The 2 bedroom unit was immense three bathrooms with lovely deck area with big dining setting overlooking the sea. The waves crashing at night are very comforting

Very happy with our stay only thing lounge was uncomfortable and not that clean( was off white - not a good colour for an apartment.) otherwise a great place thank you!

Well maintained modern apartment. Very comfortable and quiet. Apartment was well appointed very clean and comfortable bed.

The photos are deceiving in yerms of Wayerview apartments but over all happy with our stay even though we lost a day due to flight cancelation.

the bed corners are dangerous, got hit a couple of times. kitchen items need to be updated, ie mismatched and missing cooking utensils.
