BENLI travel abroad almost every other week on business and, being in the same industry, I understand the importance of guest satisfaction and loyalty. I have stayed here before during a travel conference, hosted together with other travel professionals, and returned expecting the same level of service, but this visit (26–31 July 2025) was a major disappointment. After a week of travel, my colleague and I urgently needed laundry service and requested this upon checking in. We were told it was not available until 02nd August (after our departure), with no alternative offered except to “try a laundromat.” When I suggested help from another Van der Valk hotel, I was told to just “turn up and ask,” with no prior arrangement...not exactly helpful for guests with packed schedules. I asked to speak with either the Front Office or Hotel Manager - none were available. I left my business card for someone to contact me. Over five days, no one reached out. No apology. No acknowledgment. As a repeat guest of Van Der Valk Hotels, this level of indifference is unacceptable and has seriously damaged my view of the Van der Valk brand.

It was so cold in the room that i got sick and also i payed 350€ for two days in a smaller room and they say it was 36m2.
