Tenuta Col Di Sasso

Il complesso,immerso nella natura, si trova in una bellissima posizione,alle pendici del paese di Scarlino e con un'ottima vista sulla vallata. Camere accoglienti e pulite.Unica pecca,il bagno un pò piccolo. Molto gentile e professionale il personale alla reception,in particolare la ragazza americana che è stata di grande aiuto nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze.

Quando siamo arrivati siamo stati sorpresi da tutto, la location in mezzo agli alberi, la bellezza del luogo, la cortesia alla reception e, infine, la "villa" dove avremmo soggiornato. Effettivamente oltre ogni aspettativa!

Buena estructura y personal muy amable, sin embargo la habitación es muy calurosa y el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso. Baño antiguo y pequeño pero limpio. Muy bonito el entorno. Cómodo aparcamiento.

In der Umgebung wird überall Olivenöl angebaut. Das malerische Dorf Scarlino ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. In nur 15 Minuten ist man an den wunderbarsten Sandstränden der Toskana! Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!

Leggere su tripadvisor x cortesia..... Riscrivere una così brutta esperienza mi deprime alquanto.....

La tenuta è in una posizione deliziosa, immersa nel verde e la camera dava sul colle di Scarlino (a circa 20min in auto da calaviolina). Purtroppo il servizio è stato scadente in rapporto al prezzo (100euro a notte): l'ufficio per il check-in chiude alle 18.30 e quindi non è stato possibile nel nostro caso fermarci prima al mare; la camera è molto carina ma piccola ed il bagno non è fenestrato ed è senza bidet ed inoltre per quanto pulita era comunque polverosa; le colazioni sono state abbastanza tristi, 2 tipi di biscotti stile discount, fette biscottate con marmellatine confezionate e brioche che sembravano vecchiotte, anche il caffè non era un gran che. Mancavano anche le brochure sulle spiagge da vedere e le indicazioni che la signorina ci ha dato per le spiagge libere vicine erano molto approssimative. Comunque contento di esserci stato e sicuro di non tornarci.

Very nice and unique accommodation. Very comfortable. Elena and staff very friendly and helpful. Superb restaurant extremely well decorated and wonderful food. Meal was reasonably priced. Great Italian breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Mountain town of Scarlino very interesting with fortress on top. Lots of history. Didn't use pool as we didn't stay long enough and it was October.

Nice quiet easy to find location with beautiful view of Scarlino. Rooms clean and dinner at Coldisasso good. Small shower in bathroom only negative. Small town perched on hilltop of Gavorrano nearby was wonderful to explore

Not ver friendly and not very polite receptionist. Bathrooms are very old and small. Rooms are very small. GPS can not find it. Nature is beautifull and location is good. Nice for sitting outside the room in the garden or walking on the property.

We had a great stay here even off season in February in the middle of a winter storm! Do note that most hotel facilities are closed at this time and many restaurants in the area are seasonal. Beautiful location in olive grove with views of Scarlino and away from the main touristy Tuscany. Small climbing frame for kids in garden. Good base to visit Massa Marittima and the beaches are fantastic at Cala Violina in the nature reserve. This would be a fantastic location for Spring and summer. Appartment was large and simply furnished. Kitchen was well equiped including an oven as well as 4 ring hob. You do need to bring your own washing up stuff including teatowels. Supermarket short drive away was well stocked and open late and Sundays.
