Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora

We stayed in FS for 5 nights. This is the place to be in Bora Bora. Real luxury hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were cleaned twice a day witht twice a day water refill. Food in the 4 restaurants was descent with planty of options for vegetarianS as well. Breakfast was a la carte + buffet and it was amazing. Boat shuttle to main island available for a fee as well as clumlb taxi to rooms inside the resort for free.Hotel was exceptionally clean. Amenties were above and beyond. Service was on another level. The beach and sea is the most beautiful in the worlds. Very serane. Real paradise on earth.

A bit pricy. Restaurant and bar pices are a bit high. However youdefintly get what you pay for. Overall great experince. If we have to make a choice again, would choose staying in the same hotel defintly.

Let's face it anywhere in Bora Bora is outstanding. The Four Seasons property is beautiful, excellent breakfast, beautiful lagoon and snorkeling. You truly are in paradise and the overwater bungalows and spacious and quiet.

The staff was very mediocre. Everything, including basics like ice or turndown service, fresh towels must be requested on the app. honestly I do not want to live by my phone - how about inquiring if we want turndown and towels each day. Nothing. we had to call every day for towels and requested ice each evening, it was a 50/50 it would show up. Dinner food was just ok and expensive. One evening the waiter actually sneezed on our food - no kidding. It was our 20 year anniversary and hey, we got a card. Breakfast was excellent, breakfast staff was superb. Beach stall and pool excellent. Also, the bungalows were worn and it showed. My robe was frayed, the tub was old and dirty and the slats in the shutters were missing and being held together with zip ties. For the cost of the Four Seasons I would not stay again. I would definitely take my $$ to the St. Regis. The Four Seasons Athens and Four Season Hualalai blow this property away. If I was paying Hilton prices it would have been fabulous, but FS prices - no way.

Resort was picture perfect. Staff was very friendly and accomodating!! Would definitely reccommend!!

L’emplacement , la qualité des finitions

Gros bugs sur la demie pension: on nous annonce que la carte est open dans un des restaurants et que non dans l’autre , alors que des amis quelques jours plus tôt avaient eu une autre version. Il semble que la politique de la demi pension varie d’un individu à l’autre selon la tête du client et l’humeur du moment. Mais les managers ont parfaitement su rattraper cette petite maladresse. En revanche cela terni l’expérience et gâche un peu le plaisir . Beaucoup beaucoup de bungalow, aspect « gros resort »

Tive uma experiência incrível no Four Seasons Bora Bora. Já havia me hospedado no Four Seasons do Serengeti e posso dizer que a qualidade se mantém igualmente elevada. A localização é perfeita, com uma vista privilegiada da montanha, que torna a estadia ainda mais especial. O atendimento é impecável, com equipe sempre atenciosa, e a gastronomia oferece pratos saborosos. Os preços dos restaurantes são um pouco elevados, mas, no geral, a experiência vale muito a pena pela excelência do serviço e pela beleza única do lugar.

Everything was perfect. The view, the services and the staff. We had our wedding at the resort, so it will be an unforgettable stay for us for sure.
