Good place to stay, close to the ski resort and ski lifts as well as ski rental areas. The room was a little dated, but was clean and the staff was nice and responsive.

Some guests were very noisy. Pullout mattress very uncomfortable. The fireplace did not work consistently. The shower and refrigerator were both too small.

"Great staff, poor amenities "

The staff was exceptional, and I truly appreciated their service, especially Iggy. However, I was disappointed to find that the hot tub was out of service for the entire week. I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but I was not informed that the hot tub would be unavailable either before booking or upon my arrival. Transparency about this would have helped manage expectations, and I feel a partial refund would be a fair resolution given the circumstances.

We prefer to have a card to open the doors. The parking garage "QR" codes and the lengthy code for opening the front door before 8 am, when you have your hands full with Starbucks, was slightly acrobatic. Sometimes the reader takes a while to scan your phone QR, while people have qued up behind you.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND I WOULD DEF BE STAYING AGAIN JUST NEXT TIME YOU PROVIDE A DATE FOR THE HOT TUB AMENITIES TO BE REOPENED YOU NEED TO BE FOR SURE THEY WILL BE DONE BY THEN. WHEN I BOOKED IT SAID JAN 10TH REOPEN, PLENTY OF TIME INBETWEEN OUR ARRIVEL YET BY THE END OF JAN THEY WERE NOT READY, NP WE JUST WALKED TO THE VINTAGE BUT IF I WASNT YOUNG AND TOUGH THIS COULD BE MORE OF A ISSUE. THXS

Location was great. easy walk to the gondola.

The hot tub deck was closed for construction. I'm surprised that they would do this during high ski season. The pull out couch mattress was really worn out and unusable. It would have been helpful to understand to go through the gates to check in.
