Absolutely beautiful place! Cannot fault one bit! Staff were super helpful and friendly. Great location, lovely stay. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed a few times, enjoy the spa bath.

Some of the rooms have been renovated, the one we had hadn't, definitely needs a renovation. Bathroom in poor condition. We also had room on ground floor, you can hear people stomping round on upper floors (although lower floor has direct pool access).

Completely appalling treatment. Accepted our booking at 7pm and advertised that they had check in available until midnight. When we arrived, the property was completely empty with no way to check in and their phone number went straight to voicemail. With no way to check in we waited for over an hour in the pitch dark and pouring rain. We were then concerned that we would be left to sleep on the streets as flooding meant that there were more tourists in the area than usual, so we booked elsewhere. This hotel is now refusing to refund us the money despite them giving us no way to check in and use the room.

Loved our stay peaceful and spa was great loved we can walk down the street over hill

Loved the views, the cleanliness and the lady running both receptions was lovely! We enjoyed our stay here would come back and stay again— Have facilities to stay for a few days maybe weeks with all the amenities they have to offer. Bed was comfy pillows were great. Very peaceful.

Could have provided with better bedding or given more of a divert than just a sheet but this was the only issue, we just used the blankets in the wardrobe.
