Front desk staff were always around and helpful with any questions or issues that arose. Maintenance is available 24/7 in case anything goes wrong. Hotel is very quiet with strong AC so sleeping is heaven. Cecilia, Chañar, and Ana were awesome.

Lights are all on timers and you have 5 seconds to enter before it gets dark. It can be challenging if one is older with slow reflexes. Also, a room card key is needed to have the lights working in the rooms so a security light cannot be left on when leaving the room.
