The location of the hotel.

Too many mosquitos. And the staff could be less rude to the guests. Have stayed at this property twice and the breakfast is always dry and taste really bad.

"Nice hotel for long and short travel in Goa"

It's a very nice hotel near the main Calangute street. The hotel staff is very king and frendly. The most of the hotel personal could speak in Russian.

Unfortunately, one time the breakfast fruits wasn't fresh. And sometimes room service forgot to leave toilet paper.

"Biased Property"

The Hospitality and the behaviour Miss Valentina was exceptional and she took Good care of us. She is a real Asset to the Hotel. Best wishes to her. Swimming pool is nice however they could have extended the timings in the evening

The front desk people esp Miss Fatima does not know how to deal with the guests and is Rude and does not want to adjust for anything rather she wants guests to adjust if there is some issue in the room. Not acceptable at all. And they give preference to the other countries Guests esp who stay in the hotel for a month or so
