Hotel a pochi passi dal centro, ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici. Ottima la colazione e la possibilità di utilizzare la palestra ed il centro benessere

The hotel was in an excellent location with easy access to public transportation and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of options

There was nothing significant to dislike. The only small improvement would be to ensure that the toilet paper is replenished regularly. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.

The location is OK... The Staff with exception of one or two very coll all others....OMG..!!! The room very dusty and not properly cleaned specially from a day to another. NO Lunch available.....(in a 4 and 1/2 star hotel)not even room service. Just refrigerate with 8 euro sandwich next the reception. I asked for an expresso in the room and they asked me for 15 Euros.....Not even in Venice or Montecarlo..! Had a burger foe dinner.... OMG... was probably precooked and served cold with cold fries. I asked and discussed the above with a Lady at the reception and the answer was .....In Finlad the 4/5 stars hotels are like that....nothing we can do....:) very unpleasant stay....not go again.

Chuveiro de dentro da banheira. Sou idosa e tenho medo de queda!

The sauna and pool section was nice, though they had run out of sauna seat covers - passed the sauna. Breakfast was quite nice.

The worker in reception upon arrival was very friendly. However later trying to get a drink at the bar was not a pleasant experience and the person working the bar (came to the bar really slowly after I had waited for a while and was about to give up) was not very customer oriented and seemed like didnt want to be helpful. The room was suppose to have a minibar. Found the dustiest fridge I have ever seen in the cupboard and it was not attatched and on. I don’t know what the actual…. Was I suppose to take it out and plug it in? The dust might even make it a fire hazard. I really don’t even know why my card was taken for extras since there were no extras in the room. I didn’t want to use the nespresso machine, since after seeing the fridge didn’t feel very clean. On top, the chromecast on the tv that was also mentioned in the description was not working. So another disappointment. The window was open when we arrived and the room was a bit cold. In the morning we realised why - the room had a distinctive scent. I wish I could reconmend the hotel to friends since the location was so good, but honestly with that room price I really cannot recommend even thought the pool and brekkie were nice. Big disappointment for us. If it was a little cheaper at least one might overlook the room description being very very wrong.

Ihan fressi ja kiva hotelli. Mielikuvaani parempi. Sijainti on näppärä moniin tapahtumapaikkoihin ja kuitenkin myös lyhyen kävely- tai ratikkamatkan päästä ydinkeskustasta.

Aamiaistila on hieman sokkeloinen ja ahdas kulku buffet-pöytiin, aamuruuhkassa törmäilyä.

Good location

The pool was really cold, and did not look like in the pictures. The room was full of dust in the cupboards.
