el room service delicioso , la atención por parte de recepciónistas increíble , al saber mi molestia de la primer noche por la cama tan fea que me habia tocado me cambiaron de habitación a una cama muy buena

El hotel es muy viejo , las camas estan en muy muy mal estado , ya les urge una remodelación completa , los contactos ya no sirven , el ruido del aire acondicionado es terrible no se puede dormir , la calefacción no sirve ,en si el hotel es viejo , deberían quitarle la marca

"Estadía satisfactoria pero mejorable"

La atención y el servicio de frontdesk y botones fueron muy amables. La temperatura de la regadera fue genial. El estacionamiento es seguro y la zona es bastante decente.

Viajamos con familia, 2 niños pequeños y la televisión con cable fallando todos los canales de caricaturas... camas pequeñas, baños con tina y sin protección por si se caían y de no ser por el botones que nos llevó toallas extra no hubieran rendido las 2 toallas que dejaron.
