The room was very good , a comfy bed, and an excellent shower , very quiet with excellent seaview , nice location Breakfast was very. Staff very helpful 10 minute walk to the beach

fix the door , which was very heavy , some of the towels were in a poor state and should have been replaced. the shaving mirror would not extend . and the Spa was too expensive at £45 for a couple for what it was , a shallow swiming pool . The reception could not help us with Electric charging station , and i think the hotel should provide charging stations at the hotel . The reception should provide leaflets for nice places to visit , our next door guest had a small dog , which occasionally started barking , bit annoying. 4th floor landing floor carpet was a bit old , the trims were falling apart

De kamer en specifiek het bed. Een goede nachtrust is belangrijk dus wij hebben heerlijk geslapen. Uitstekend en groot zwembad en geen gedoe met handdoeken neerleggen, er was altijd plek.

Toch wat “outdated” maar niet echt last van gehad. Hou wel rekening met eventuele gehorigheid, kamer naast ons zaten Engelsen die na een avond drinken, zeg maar zuipen het nodig vonden om verder te lallen op de kamer. Gewoon de receptie bellen 😊

Room was big with large comfy bed. Had veranda with pool view. Coffee maker with some pods and free bottle of water in room on arrival. High quality toiletries from L’Occitane. Food in restaurant was excellent. Spa pools excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. Free parking and accepted our dog.

Fittings and fixtures very tired, definitely not 5 star imo. Towels in room thin and old looking. Gym was closed and no massages available as it was the end of the season. If the hotel is going to be open for customers they need to have all facilities operational. Couldn’t take dog near pool or outside restaurant which made things difficult. Had to leave him in room. Hotel not actually in Estepona. 20 mins drive away. Also not on beach which was about a 10 minute walk away.
