Up to 2 children aged 17 and under can stay for free when sharing a room with up to 2 adults if suitable accommodations is available. Children aged 12 and under are offered breakfast free of charge and free lunch & dinner can be taken from the children's menu. This is when accompanied by at least 1 adult taking at least 1 main course from a full-priced table d'hote or à la carte menu. Please note that parking spaces are located in the Football Club Car Park for a cost of GBP 6.95 per space per night. Spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that while we are a pet friendly hotel, in the interest of Food Safety, no pets are permitted in any of the dining spaces of the hotel, including but not limited to the Bar, Lounge, or Restaurant. Pets cannot be left in the rooms for long periods of time and must be accompanied as much as possible throughout the stay. Guide Dogs are permitted in the dining spaces of the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Excellent"

We stayed 3 nights, excellent location, availability of parking superb, breakfasts fresh, excellent, just a problem with 5th floor water pressure, noisy when loo refilled, which the Manager quickly attended to, and quietened it down, but it became noisy again. Beds very comfortable, bedding and pillows smelled lovely and fresh.As we're in our eighties, we really needed a walk in shower, as we found climbing in and out of the bath very risky, time for the bathrooms to be updated. Yes, we would stay again, and recommend this to friends and family.

Noisy plumbing, no walk in shower.

"Comfortable stay with excellent breakfast"

Friendly welcome and helpful team throughout. Room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent.

It was a very hot weekend and the aircon in the room could be a bit stronger. But otherwise it was very comfortable.

"Great location,clean and tidy hotel."

Friendly staff,good clean enviroment.Good food choices day time/ Evening and good selection of breakfast to choose from. Very quiet at night so no issues sleeping.

Furniture in the rooms needs updating.

"Great staff and location"

Location was great and relatively quiet. Staff were excellent and responded quickly to any questions or problems we had. There was some previous property left in our room and as an apology we were brought dressing gowns and slippers plus some engels and drinks System for having breakfast is sensible and staff at breakfast were efficient and accommodating

Room we had was king size but was fairly tired looking with no safe and fridge had been removed. Water presssure/ flow from our taps was just a trickle however shower seemed fine Breakfast - continental was good and pastries excellent. Hot breakfast not hot enough

"Quality Stay with a great location."

Excellent value for the cost. Room with a view and 2 large single comfortable beds and a great shower. Breakfast was brilliant with an overall excellent quality. As it was my birthday we had a complementary drink and snack each, brilliant. And finally, easy free parking at a great location.
