Great property, places to eat nearby and easy access to I-20

The staff was amazing! I think her name was Amanda, but she was such a help and very professional. Room was great and clean.

The entire hotel is damp and smells of mold/humidity. The rooms clearly don’t run AC if unoccupied and it looks like mold was growing on the couch of the “suite” I booked. It was white round stains so I hope it was mold and not something else. Either way, we didn’t use that area. Checked in at 9p and when I went back to see if we could swap rooms, the only front desk person was gone and left a note “had to step away”. It’s a $60 room, not a $200 room

The property and the hotel is self was very nice But we had an issue checking in. Even though we booked with Expedia and they screwed up the desk staff was not very helpful!

The entire room felt damp including the sheets, roaches coming out of the sink, the shower was not clean and had someone’s fake eye lashes laying on the soap and shampoo dispenser which was out of body wash.

Nice quiet stay, clean.

We checked in very (early) in the morning - 2am - with our 3 small children. We were exhausted since we had been in the car 8 hours already. Our room was musty and had a damp feel to it; that already made me feel gross so I cranked the AC down. Only to notice when I got to the AC, an exposed wire coming from it. (I have a very active, very curious 2 year old) . My husband just tucked it back since it was just hanging out in the room. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting - what appeared to be a dried up urine puddle on one side of the toilet, hair all over the tub, the bathroom hardly looked wiped down at all. I took a handful of toilet paper just to put down the toilet seat because I couldn’t trust it was clean. The toilet itself, I couldn’t tell if it was dirt - too old - or both. For $149 a night, I expected the room to be much cleaner - and more updated. I couldn’t tell if there was a cobweb under one bed or just damage to the furniture. Let’s put it this way, I was so grossed out I could barely sleep - Even my husband, who can tolerate almost anything, agreed that the hotel / room was musty and the room was dirty. I am afraid to see how bad it is in the daylight. The room needs a major cleaning and / or update - very disappointed with our experience.

The lovely lady that prepared the breakfast was amazing and very polite.

It was a good stay the washer went out on us and they never gave the money back and never fixed it while we had another night stay. It was spiders in the corner and dead bugs in the window pane. The bathroom toilet wasn’t clean and the bathroom had a scent.
