The air freshener in the room and hallways was so strong it gave my wife and I headaches and we didn’t sleep. We travel a lot and this was way way stronger than normal !!!!

The hot water in the shower! There wasn’t any!!! I led the water run for over 5 minutes. I did not notify the staff

No signage to find the exit. Grumpy check in clerk. Pool cold and hot tub colder. The tile around the pool was slippery. Ice machine broken, go to the first floor to get ice. Tv did not work. Next time we will stay at the Hampton.
