"Well Worn Hotel and Dirty!"

I’ll start by saying the staff is super nice! However the hotel is well worn (dings all over the walls and doors), very dark lighting especially in the bathroom! The room was filthy, the bathroom floor and toilet I’m sure didn’t get cleaned! Lots of dirt by walls and furniture. Appears they just vacuum the middle of the room. I looked at two other rooms when checking in and they were the same. Halls and elevators were dirty. Too tired to find another hotel. Won’t stay here again!!!

I am in my room right now. If I hadn’t already paid, and weren’t so tired, I’d leave. This place is in desperate need of cleaning and updating. How do they get away with this??
