"Old Hotel and Bad Customer Service"

After a long and stressful drive in a bad storm, we were looking forward to a relaxing evening in our hotel room. We were rudely and aggressively greeted by Johnathan at the front desk. Not once did he say, welcome or anything nice. Johnathan also needs to wear a name tag…but if I was as rude as him, I guess I wouldn’t wear one either. He was extremely rude to every guest checking in. He needs training on which questions he is legally allowed to ask regarding a service dog. Overall, he needs to take a class in customer service or get a job at the DMV.
