Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft Collins by IHG

Great staff

Cet hôtel était une réservation de dernière minute suite à un souci sur une autre, nous avons réserver à 17h30 et 3 minutes après nous faisions le check-in avec un réceptionniste accueillant et très souriant. Chambre spacieuse, moderne et très belle. Jacuzzi et piscine très agréables. Très grand parking facile d'accès. Endroit calme à 15 minutes du centre ville.

Conveniently located on the South side of Fort Collins, this Holiday Inn location has easy access to everything Fort Collins has to offer. Easy, Quick check-in. Request a room on the opposite side of the main street, or you will hear traffic all night as Harmony is a main thoroughfare. Breakfast was extremely limited, only Waffles and dried cereal when we tried at 8:30am for a breakfast that is scheduled to be available from 6:30-10:00am Room was clean, and AC worked great! There are quite a few dining options in the area that you can easily walk to.

Paid $227 dollars for a room with NO AC working……. was offered a fan !!!!!!! Like are you kidding me ? Two charges were applied to my discover for the room A $ 250 hold for incidents and a $227 cost of room so a total of $500 , iv never known any hotel to charge over $25 for incidental. So even if we wanted to leave ,our card was maxed with their 250!!!!incidental hold . Miserable hot sweaty suffocating night . Worst ever!!!! Waiting to see how or if the manager will make it right or offer our money back. The young Man at the front desk told us we could go and get another room somewhere else. But after they put the ridiculous hold on our credit card. We don’t have the money too, so we’re stuck here.!!!!

The room was very nice and clean. It was comfy and relaxing.

I have never used Booking.com before. My husband had cataract surgery and he didn't need to stay a second night. Then was wondering what the extra $100 charge was for.

We have stayed in many of the hotels in this area, and found the Holiday Inn Express the best for service, condition and cleanliness. The staff were cordial and professional, the room was spotless and in perfect condition and the breakfast was warm and plentiful.

Hotel was mediocre overall. Hot tub was warm not hot, which I think could be a safety concern. The food was meh but it was "free". Cleanliness seemed ok. The bed was very comfortable (beauty rest mattress). The AC was very loud and rattling. Ice machines were broken. The staff Ethan and Robert were excellent. Staff Lauren not so much and should not be in customer service I would never go back to this hotel due to this woman and how she handled a 6-hour beeping annoying fire alarm. I had to escalate through customer service to receive any sort of compensation which was a one night stay which was satisfactory but the way she handled it was just terrible and really added insult to injury. If you're going to compensate someone do it with a smile, not a passive aggressive dismissive tone...... absolutely ridiculous.....she has no idea how to deal with customers.
