"Pathetic room service"

For the 3rd time over separate visits room service is a joke ! All I ordered was a burger and yet AGAIN it took an hour for it to turn up ! You need to sort this out as I wonโ€™t be back and have moved my next 3 visits (10nights) to another hotel Strike 3 and youโ€™re out !

"Really disappointed"

No water when we checked in at 3pm. We went for a walk. No hot water until about 8pm which was too late to shower before dinner. I desperately wanted it to be perfect as it was a trip away from our small town for my daughter's 15th. We were offered 30% off our meal if we ate at the restaurant (in our active wear). The restaurant then forgot about us!
