Check in was rudely, I had 4 adults one teenager. I asked for extra blankets, because there wasn't any in the room. Staff automatically said they didn't have any. It's a Hotel? How don't they? No customer service experience obviously. I will not be back. Thank you rude lady.
Clean rooms
The room that we had was on the ground floor, unfortunately there was a lot of noise, they closed the doors very hard, there were cockroaches and I have a short video, everything else was very good except for the toilet, it was very faded when I go to visit my family I go to that hotel because I like it I got the upstairs everything was fine and now I got downstairs I definitely didn't like it

I JUST STAYING ONE NIGHT I SEE everything ok.
Horrible. The shower did not work. I had to get another room. And the toilet tan water all night. The tub drain did not work and it got full of water. Same thing happen to my brother in another room. Just horrible. The pancake maker did not work staff try several times to fix it and it just didn’t work.
The location serves us fine. We stay there every year. This year they had breakfast which was good. The room they gave us the lock on the door did not work so we were moved to another room. That room didn't have a chair or a working clock. Plus the room was way down the hallway from the elevator which normally wouldn't be a problem but I have trouble walking.
The pool was unusable, absolutely filthy.
As soon as we walked into the room we got hit in the face with a musty smell. Then we went to check on the bathroom and there was a huge roach in the toilet, (biggest roach I’ve seen in my life) and a spider in the tub. Everything is outdated and just nasty.
