Guests highly rate the convenient location and frequently praise the friendly staff.
Breakfast was bad , no egg no pancakes or waffles . Machine broken . Everything was good just the breakfast was awful.
Hotel lobby was very hot no AC. Our bedroom bathroom had gaps between the wall plate and wall you can see through the wall. The toilet got plugged with the first flush. Continental breakfast was cold limited to I will not be going back to the Delano ca location also, I will not be recommending anybody there.

It’s good, the only thing is the receptionist is not on the receiving desk all the time when customers need help

Beside breakfast not having milk and apple juice... everything was awesome good staff and friendly. Walking distance to restauramt and stores!!
