"Ice cold pool"

We were traveling to Florida with our grandkids. We paid extra to stay at a high end hotel with an indoor pool but we’re very disappointed to find the indoor pool was ice cold. After a long travel day we were looking forward to a nice soak in the pool. Very disappointed to let the kids down

Room keys were issued before I arrived. Keys didn’t work, when I returned to front desk it was obvious host had cancelled keys because he was making new keys to a different room. Very old person so I didn’t ask but felt unwelcome.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Wish they provided water all day. Breakfast is served for VERY limited hours. Common area is welcoming. Front desk staff were efficient but not overly friendly. Great easy location for our activities. Check out could stand to be a bit later.
